Staff at the monastery was very caring and easy to work with. The coordinators were delightful - including Keshab and Nicole!
Tips
Don’t wait for a proper schedule for teaching lessons. Get to know the monks and be willing to teach according to their demanding schedule between meditation, chores, meals, and other obligations. A 1-on-1 tutoring format worked well to supplement learning.
