During their placement volunteers make a valuable contribution assisting at local community projects. Our partner has worked very closely with disadvantaged communities, projects and institutions. The organisation endeavours to make a difference by offering development programs, training skills, stimulating local economies and creating opportunities for people from different cultures. It’s a chance to learn from others, to respect other cultures and to embrace the concept of working together. Through this process we hope to achieve greater development within these communities. We believe that international voluntary services help empower local communities to develop self-reliance and sustainability.
